Return Policy

Welcome to our Return Policy. We understand that not every purchase meets expectations. Therefore, we offer the option to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as acceptance of our terms and conditions is binding at the time of purchase, and no exceptions are made.

How to return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Request: Please request a return form from our customer service by sending an email to info@ dragontrue.com  . Please clearly state your order number and the reason for the return.

Conditions for returns

To successfully return your products, please note the following conditions:

  1. Return period: Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as it was received: unused and in its original packaging. Hygiene items such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear are not eligible for return.
  3. Returns at your own risk: The return process is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products during transit back to us. Our company is not responsible for any loss or detention of packages at customs during the return process.
  4. Track & Trace: A track & trace code is required for all returns. Please provide us with this code so we can track your package. Without this code, we cannot track the shipment, and you will lose your right to a refund.
  5. Pre-authorization: Please ensure your return has been pre-authorized by our customer service team. Shipments without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, we recommend checking your bank account again first. Please contact us if you still haven't received your refund.

Cost

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your own safety, we recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. Returns should be sent to our central warehouse in China. Shipping costs start at €20.

Note:

All returns should be sent to our central warehouse in China at the customer's expense. Returns without prior authorization or compliance with the above conditions will not be accepted.
